題目分析：
1、這道題看似簡單，但要小心K和R字母會連讀得很快聽起來像一個單詞，Bank Road 很容易被誤聽為“Background”，很多同學出錯。
2、第二題沒什么可說的，但要注意大寫，填表題一定要保持表格的一致性。
3、第三題和第五題都是拼寫題，注意字母m和n很容易混淆。
4、第四題和第九題，兩個保險公司的名稱應該是專有名詞，兩個詞都要大寫。Northern 的發音和North 不好區別。這是雅思聽力的一個特色，要求聽清細節，對答案的要求很高。那么請你查查southern這個詞怎樣發音呢？
5、第六題要熟悉father in law, sister in law 等諸如此類的說法。

Firstly, the lady asks about some background info about the man. He lives in "27 Bank Road", with the name of "Paynter" and is a "dentist". Secondly, The model of his car is "seable". His previous policy was with "Northern Star". He had claimed before because his car was "stolen" in 1997. And his "brother-in-law" is going to drive the car as well, for social purpose and "travel to work".
Therefore, the lady suggests that the insurance company of "Red Flag" is suitable, with annual payment of” $450", which is much cheaper that the one he had. No wonder he is surprised and would like to go for it.
