接下來討論廣告的優點和缺點：

1、廣告的優點或目的advantages&purposes：to inform people

⑴ introduce the product, sale, promotion, sell more products, a kind of marketing strategy…

⑵ create a positive image for the companies and manufacturers

⑶ publicity

2、缺點或不足disadvantages or weaknesses：

false information, some of the advertisements are unreliable, not trustworthy, inaccurate, mislead consumption…

二、物品CARD（描述一個過程describe a process，3-4步既可，避免過于復雜）

1、注意表示程序的句型：

   First of all, you have to…/ The first thing you have to do is…

   Next/ After that / Then…

   Remember to …/ Don’t forget to…/ Make sure to…

2、一個具體的程序，以Kite為例

   First of all, you have to make a frame with bamboo rods./ using bamboo rods.

   Next, cut the paper into the shape of a fish/butterfly/dragonfly…

   After that, you can stick the shape onto the frame.

   Don’t forget to add a tail to the kite, 加上目的which/in order to/so as to keep/maintain the balance.

后面再加上特殊意義Special meanings：

This is the one I treasure/cherish the most, I still keep it today.

It reminds me my happy times.

注意描述題中要描述的幾個方面：

Size： big, medium, small…

Color：…

Shape：butterfly, dragonfly, centipede…

Material：cotton, leather, plastics, iron…

三、Dish CARD (講義P8 模仿例子的程序)

1、注意整理：

⑴蔬菜水果和肉類的詞匯：pork mince肉陷, mutton, lamb, beaf, chicken wings, chicken drumsticks…

⑵烹飪手法的詞匯：fry, stew, steam, deep-fry, stir-fry, peel, chop, cut, slice, rinse/wash, beat the egg(using eggbeater), cut tomatos into sections, finely chopped spring onion…

2、WHY

It’s very typical Chinese dish which is very nutritious and tastes pretty delicious.

The dish follows three principles in Chinese cooking: color/looking, aroma, flavour.

四、Event CARD(以Wedding為例，注意敘述的時態)

1、句型詞組：

Unforgetable/ impressive wedding I’ve ever seen…

In a big restaurant/hotel…

I’m afraid I cannot remember all the details exactly. But it was in the summer…

Priest/ master of ceremonies(司儀)       on the reception

2、描述步驟

開場白套話(when/where/who…↑)

描述人群場景：the crowds began to cheer when the bridegroom and the bride stepped in the reception hall…。

新郎新娘怎樣入場：hold sb. in one’s arm to the hall…。

描述儀式ceremony：they exchanged their wedding rings…。

敬酒…。
