雅思段落信息匹配題(Locating Information)對于同學們來說總是一個解決不了的難點。過去，由于段落信息匹配題既費時又費力，而且不常出現，很多老師經常一語帶過，并沒有進行詳細解說。在本文，筆者將結合劍八第一篇文章的一道段落信息匹配題為讀者講解其題型特點、解題思路、答題技巧以及注意事項。

　　題型介紹

　　根據以上例題可知，段落信息匹配題的出題形式為：給出幾個信息，要求同學們在文章找到該信息的出處。

　　該題有以下幾個特點：

　　1. 給出的信息為文中的細節

　　2. 題目是文章句子的高度同意替換，很少出現與文中重復的字眼

　　3. 題目不遵循“順序原則”

　　4. 題目有時候會出現提示：NB You may use any letter more than once.加大了解題難度。

　　總結以上四點，我們可以得出該題型的難點：定位困難。因此，這種題型很難像其他題型一樣畫出關鍵詞到文中定位，所以需要不同的解題思路。

　　解題思路

　　1. 研讀題目，劃出題目中的關鍵詞，關鍵詞不能為這篇文章所討論的名詞。比如說文章討論的是“水”，那么就不能以題目中的“水”作為關鍵詞。

　　2. 帶著關鍵詞瀏覽文章。瀏覽文章時不需要弄懂每句話的意思，主要是尋找跟所畫關鍵詞為同意替換的詞句。其次，通過瀏覽文章大概理解文章的思路和內容

　　3. 文章瀏覽一遍后，大概能做出50%的題目。對于剩下的題目，通過關鍵詞聯想其可能所在的段落，縮小排查范圍，然后到目標段落里仔細尋找答案。

　　例題講解

　　下面我們用《劍橋雅思考試全真試題集8》Test 1 閱讀部分的Passage 1作為例題，來講解具體的解題方法。

　　文章標題：A chronicle of timekeeping

　　文章大意：計時器編年體

　　1. 首先閱讀題目，確保沒有出現“每個段落可重復選擇”的提示。
